Tours at The Maeve begin in our temporary leasing office, conveniently located just off of Van Buren St. Upon arrival, one of our friendly leasing professionals will welcome you, guide you through what it would be like to live at The Maeve, take you on tour, and answer any questions you may have. Please remember your government issued ID!

We would love to show anyone around; however, we do prefer you make an appointment, so you don’t have to wait. Please email us at info@themaevecentralstation.com to schedule!

Lease Terms & Fees

Yes! The Maeve offers flexible lease contracts, ranging from 12 to 18 months. Contact the leasing team for more information.

Rent payments are due on the first of each month and considered late on the fourth. You can pay rent through your resident portal with a debit/credit card or e-check.

As part of your monthly rent payment, all apartments are equipped with:

• In home washer & dryer
• Sleek GE stainless steel kitchen appliances
• Stunning floor-to-ceiling windows
• Stylish ceiling fan
• Walk-in closets

Plus, you’ll enjoy access to The Maeve’s exceptional on-site amenities and a dedicated, on-call staff always ready to assist you.

In addition to your monthly rental rate, all residents are responsible for the following monthly fees:

Utilities – Water, sewer, trash, electric, and technology fee (including internet).

Renter’s insurance or enrollment in our hassle-free liability waiver program.

Optional add-ons: 

Parking – On-site parking is available in our garage at $175 per month for the first space and $220 per month for an additional space. Parking is managed by LAZ parking.

Pet rent – $35 per month, per pet. A one-time $300 pet fee will be due at move-in, in addition to PetScreening enrollment.

When signing your lease, you will be responsible for the following one-time fees:
Application fee (non-refundable) – $50 per applicant
Admin fee (non-refundable) – $250 per lease
Security Deposit (refundable) – $500 Additional deposits may be applicable due to credit screening results.

The application fee(s) and admin fee are due when your application is submitted. All other fees are not due until move-in.

On-site parking is available for residents, the first space is $175, and the second space is $220, and managed by LAZ parking.

The Maeve offers bike storage in our parking garage for residents!

Yes! The Maeve has Xeal electric vehicle chargers!

Other Questions

Renter’s insurance is required for all residents at The Maeve. Residents will be automatically enrolled in a policy that covers the property itself. However, this does not include coverage for personal belongings. If you wish to protect your possessions, you will need to secure a separate renter’s insurance policy.

The Maeve’s maintenance team will be available to address any maintenance concerns you may have. You can submit a maintenance request through your resident portal or call our on-site leasing office. A maintenance technician is available 24/7 for emergencies.

Following move-in, SimpleBills will send a welcome email with more information including your log in information. For detailed information, see our fees section.

The Maeve provides residents fob access to all exterior doors, elevators and amenities. Each unit has electronic key access.

With easy access to nearby parks and a pet wash area on-site, we welcome pets here at The Maeve! We allow a max of 2 pets per home. Some breed restrictions do apply. PetScreening enrollment is required.
